Une nouvelle soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se dessine<\/b>. Dans le contexte de crise \u00e9cologique et sociale que nous rencontrons, l\u2019agence Robein Hou architectes d\u00e9fend une pratique architecturale engag\u00e9e, respectueuse des paysages b\u00e2tis et naturels.<\/p>

Ressources.<\/b> Ce contexte contribue \u00e0 porter une attention \u00e0 la mati\u00e8re et \u00e0 l\u2019usage que l\u2019on en fait. En effet, ce re-questionnement sur l\u2019emploi des ressources dans la construction, conduit \u00e0 repenser la mani\u00e8re dont on aborde les choix des mat\u00e9riaux dans la conception du projet.<\/p>

P\u00e9rennit\u00e9.<\/b> Nous pensons que le choix de mat\u00e9riaux et d\u2019une mise en oeuvre qui garantissent une p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de l\u2019ouvrage et donc construire des b\u00e2timents qui sont capables de recevoir des r\u00e9parations, qui \u00e9voluent avec le temps plus qu\u2019ils ne se d\u00e9gradent, est sans doute une mani\u00e8re plus \u00ab durable \u00bb d\u2019envisager la vie des b\u00e2timents.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

B\u00e2tir.<\/b> Face \u00e0 l\u2019urgence climatique nous devons repenser notre mani\u00e8re de b\u00e2tir sans pour autant faire passer la question architecturale au second plan. Nous sommes convaincus qu\u2019en tant qu\u2019architectes, nous devons rechercher une imbrication des questions environnementales dans la culture du m\u00e9tier et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans la culture du projet.<\/p>

Engagement.<\/b> Ces convictions vont de pair avec notre engagement pour la maitrise de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019habitat et ainsi garantir la dignit\u00e9 du cadre de vie. Nous nous attachons \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui \u00e9volue et \u00e0 y participer tant que possible.<\/p>

Service.<\/b> Notre travail de r\u00e9flexion sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de nos environnements, de nos modes d\u2019habiter, et d\u2019occuper l\u2019espace, nous pousse \u00e0 toujours remettre en perspective nos questionnements afin d\u2019apporter une r\u00e9ponse architecturale pertinente et r\u00e9pondre au mieux aux enjeux de la commande.<\/p>

Coh\u00e9rence.<\/b> \u00c0 travers notre travail, nous tenons \u00e0 construire une pens\u00e9e coh\u00e9rente, autant d\u2019un point de vue projectuel, qu\u2019environnemental et soci\u00e9tal, et ainsi, d\u2019oeuvrer une architecture qui s\u2019inscrit dans la dur\u00e9e de la mati\u00e8re et des lieux.<\/p>
